Explosion-proof floodlight is a common type of explosion-proof helicopter deck light. It is a point light source that can evenly illuminate in all directions. Its illumination range can be adjusted arbitrarily, and it appears as a regular octahedron icon in the scene. Standard floodlights are used to illuminate the entire scene. Explosion-proof floodlights are intended for use in hazardous locations where flammable gases and dust exist, preventing arcs that may occur within the lamp. Sparks and high temperatures ignite combustible gases and dust in the surrounding environment to meet explosion-proof requirements.
How to use explosion-proof floodlights:
According to the actual needs of the work site, determine the installation location and method of the lamp, and then prepare the corresponding length of φ8~φ14mm three-core cable according to the distance from the lamp to the power connector.
Open the end cover of the ballast, loosen the compression nut of the ballast cable inlet, introduce the lamp cable into the terminal of the ballast, connect and fix it, then tighten the compression nut of the cable and fasten the end cover of the ballast.
The lamps and ballasts are installed in the determined installation position and method, and then the other end of the ballast input cable is connected to the 220V power supply according to the explosion-proof requirements to illuminate.
Rotate the screw at the bottom of the lamp holder to adjust the lighting orientation by rotating the lamp holder left and right 360°; loosen the screws on both sides of the lamp holder, adjust the lighting angle of the lamp up and down according to the lighting needs, and then tighten the screws.
When replacing the light bulb, insert a suitable screwdriver or other tools into the holes of the two raised parts on the side of the front cover and unscrew the front cover, take out the bad light bulb, and replace it with a new one.
Precautions
1. When transporting, put the lamp into the provided carton and cushion it with foam.
2. When installing and maintaining lamps, the power must be disconnected first.
3. During use, the surface of the lamp has a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon; the center of the transparent part has a high temperature and should not be touched.
4. When replacing the bulb, the same type and power bulb should be used; if the bulb type or power changes, the matching ballast should be replaced accordingly.
